NATALIA OCHOA


Natalia Ochoa was born ad grown in Buenos Aires. Doughter of tango teacher Carlos Ochoa, she started dancing Tango at the very young age of five. Since the age of twelve she started assisting and then teaching together with her father. In Buenos Aires and other parts of Argentina she was teaching, performing and also working in dance companies and taking part in tournaments with excellent results. Her main mentors were her father Carlos Ochoa, and Graciela Gonzales. During the past two years she has been teaching and performing in Italy and keeps researching tango in Buenos Aires studying the tango of Pablo y Dana, Naveira, Alejandra Mantinan, Horacio Godoy and others. Recently she started partnering with Filippo Avignonesi. Over the years she has also studied modern and contemporary dance, classical ballet, Spanish dances, Arabic dances, music theory, theatre, therapeutical massage, bioenergetical massage and reflexology.
